Week #8 – March 23, 2014

Almost at the ninth week and I feel good for the most part – a little tired and have nausea all day, but other than that I feel fine 🙂  We “graduated” from Cornell at the seventh week and now on to my OBGYN.  My next appointment isn’t until April 2, 2014 – seems so far away – and makes me a little nervous.  What some don’t realize is that when you undergo infertility treatment you get so used to going to the doctor 3-4 times a week for constant monitoring, that waiting a few weeks until your next appointment can feel strange and is nerve wrecking.  I’m sure all is fine and I tell myself that the daily nausea is a positive sign that the pregnancy is going as it should be 🙂  I celebrated my 35th birthday last week with you, and I can’t think of a better gift than being pregnant.  This year is going to be great and I look forward to every moment until October 26, 2014 – our due date!  In the meantime, I will continue talking to my belly and sending words of love and encouragement.  I pray every day that you get stronger and bigger.  At this point, you are the size of a raspberry – and next week the size of a green olive.  I love you Baby Grimm xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
