Charlotte you had your final class of Little Gym – our Mommy and Me class that we attend every Tuesday. Daddy was able to attend and see all your big moves – forward roll, backward roll, walking on the balance beam and hanging from the bars. It was an all-star celebration similar to the Olympics with music and medals! You did awesome, Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you, keep up the good work xoxoxoxxooxoxoxox
Memorial Day 2015

Charlotte we celebrated your first Memorial Day together. On Sunday we had the annual B Grizz Memorial Day Extravaganza which is long for your father’s BBQ – we cookout and drink with friends – Yum O!!! On Memorial Day we went to the parade in Tuxedo which was pretty lame – a total of 100 people if that and no candy. What kind of parade doesn’t give candy? We had fun regardless, and then sat outside to have lunch and enjoy the nice weather. Looking forward to many more BBQ celebrations with you!!!!
Fun with Food

Charlotte we have moved on to fruits and veggies in your diet and boy has it been fun! Mommy has been making you homemade purees which has been pretty simple. The first veggie you tasted was carrots and you HATED them. I know hate is a strong word but you couldn’t spit them out fast enough. Since then we have tried avocado, butternut squash, sweet potato and banana – all of which you love 🙂 Next we are going to try apples and pears which I’m sure you will love! Tyson and Layla sit at the side of your highchair waiting for you to throw them a dropping or two – it won’t be long before you are feeding them your food.

Charlotte you turned 6 months old and we had our doctors appointent which went very well! You weigh 15.35 lbs (35th percentile) and measure 26 inches long (84th percentile). We finally got the okay from Dr. Wong to start solid foods which is very exciting. First is rice cereal and then oatmeal. Mommy is going to make some carrots for you to try, yum yum! The goal is to have you on table food by our next appointment in 3 months. Also, you should be crawling and saying Ma Ma and Da Da by 9 months old – we have a lot of work ahead of us!!! He also said that you need to stop waking up at night because you are exhauting mommy 🙂 Sleep, sleep, sleep – by 7 months he said there’s no reason for you to wake up. Love you baby girl xoxoxoxoxo
