Getting bigger and stronger each day – weighing 9lbs and 3oz, and measuring 23 inches long. Had another round of vaccinations….you screamed your head up and were so unhappy, but not nearly as unhappy as mommy who had to see you cry 😦

Charlotte you are almost 5 weeks old now and we survived our first month together…I have to say it went by very quickly. You are getting big and starting to pack on more weight which makes mommy very happy. At your doctor’s appointment this week you weighed 7lbs 2 oz and were 21 1/2 inches long. You also got your second hepatitis shot and you did not like it…and mommy did not like seeing you scream 😦 You are so much more alert and aware of your surroundings – watching everything, smiling and cooing. And on the down side you like to pee every time mommy goes to change your diaper – this time you peed all over our bed…on mommy’s side – no bueno!
You are getting ready to take your first family trip to Maine tomorrow for your first Thanksgiving! Daddy drove up today with Tyson and Layla….and all of your crap – swing, pack and play, breastmilk LOL. The two of us are flying out tomorrow morning with Grandpa Grimm, Aunt Susan and Uncle Mike – your first flight. Hopefully everyone will get along this week and be on their best behavior – if not, you and me are taking a nap to escape the drama.
